HBCE / The Harald Binder Cultural Enterprises® commits itself to strengthening sustainable development in the fields of culture and education in Ukraine. It supports initiatives that promise to enhance Ukraine’s international standing and competitiveness in culture and education. The company does not pursue commercial aims.
As a founder of the “Jam Factory Art Center”, HBCE is creating a unique space in the periphery of the UNESCO heritage city of Lviv, Ukraine, which aims to bring together music, performance, media and visual arts as well as educational practices.
All our activities build on the conviction that transformative processes can only be successful if change happens not only on state and govenrment levels, but also in those core spheres that shape the development of society long-term – culture and education.
